Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin: our recipe
We arrange the slices of bacon or pancetta on a shelf and place the slices of loin on them. On the meat we place a thin slice of smoked provolone cheese, then on the provolone we arrange half a slice of raw ham.
Let's proceed with the realization of the rolls taking care to roll the meat in such a way that it contains as much of the filling as possible. To maintain the shape we can use some string or a pair of toothpicks, piercing the ends of the meat.
Place the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and brown in it, over low heat, a clove of garlic appropriately crushed; place the rolls in the pan and continue cooking with a lid on low heat. Let it brown on all sides for a few minutes, taking care to gently turn the meat, avoiding flaking it, making the filling come out.
When browning is complete, blend our delicious rolls with half a glass of vodka. We serve and serve the bacon-wrapped pork loin still hot, perhaps accompanying them with salad or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
