Calabrian pizza recipe with spicy salami, provola cheese and black olives
Preparing pizza dough at home, like the one in a pizzeria, it's so easy!
For an evening with friends, a delicious aperitif or a tasty lunch break, pizza is loved by everyone and you can create different variations, starting from the crunchy or softer dough, or from the ingredients to add to your liking.
For the Pizza World Day, we offer the recipe with typical Calabrian flavors.
The ingredients to prepare pizza with Calabrian spicy salami, provola cheese and black olives
500g flour
warm water
1 yeast
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
For the filling:
1 pack of tomato sauce
250 g provola cheese
150 g spicy Calabrian salami
15 baked black olives

How to prepare pizza with Calabrian spicy salami, provola cheese and black olives
Start mixing the flour, yeast and sugar, the extra virgin olive oil, slowly pouring in the water and kneading, until the dough has become compact and homogeneous.
At the end, add the salt, put everything in a bowl, flour well and cover with a cloth. Let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
In the meantime, cook the tomato sauce with a clove of garlic, olive oil and salt.
Preheat the oven to 220°C, spread the dough on a well-oiled pan and season with the ingredients: provola cheese cut into pieces, the olives and the spicy salami
Bake in the lower part of the oven for 10-12 minutes and serve piping hot.
