  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Red Onion of Tropea PGI
  • q.b. of BIO Oregano
  • q.b. of Basil
  • 1 Red pepper
  • q.b. of Sale
  • q.b. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to prepare the calabrian salad

To make the Calabrian Salad begin by boiling the potatoes in plenty of salted water. Once cooked, drain and let cool.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and then divide each slice in half. Finely slice the red onion of Tropea IGP and the spicy red chili pepper and finally chop the fresh basil.

In a bowl add the potatoes, tomatoes, red onions, chili, basil and bio oregano and season with salt and olive oil.
