Courgette omelette without oil
How to prepare an excellent courgette omelette without using oil in the ingredients or for cooking, we will opt for the oven to cook our tasty omelette. This light courgette omelette is ideal for those on a special diet. It can be used as a side dish or, when divided into triangles, as a finger food for hors d'oeuvres or aperitifs.
Ingredients to make the courgette omelette cooked without oil
- 4 eggs
- 50g of caciocavallo silano cheese
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 courgette
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare Courgette omelette without oil
Wash and blend the courgette without removing the skin. Then, using a mandoline, or a grater, depending on the consistency we want to make, we prepare our courgette.
Put the yolks and the egg whites in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything together with a sprig of chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
Reduce our piece of caciocavallo into pieces and add it to the bowl with the eggs, do the same with the chopped or julienned courgette. Stir the mixture to mix all the ingredients well.
Preheat the oven to 180°, line a baking tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Once the temperature has reached 180°, bake for about 30 minutes, then leave to cool, put on the plates and serve our delicious courgette omelette.
