Fried meatballs recipe

The ingredients to prepare fried meatballs
500 g ground beef
60 g grated pecorino cheese
30 g grated parmesan
100 g breadcrumbs
parsley
½ clove of garlic
2 eggs
salt to taste
pepper to taste

How to prepare fried meatballs
To prepare the tasty Calabrian meatballs, start by blending the breadcrumbs together with the parsley, pecorino cheese semiduro e aged pecorino cheese, Grana and garlic.
Next, add the mixture obtained to the minced meat and season with salt.
Add the eggs and mix everything well, until you get a compact dough.
Once you have obtained the dough, shape it into slightly oval-shaped balls with the palms of your hands.
Heat the oil to 175° and start frying the meatballs until they are colored.
Remove the excess oil and serve piping hot!
