How to make omelette with seasoned sausage
The ingredient list for this recipe is very short, but it must be of high quality: fresh chicken eggs and seasoned sausage from Calabria.
To prepare the perfect sausage omelette, first brown the sausage in a non-stick frying pan for a couple of minutes. Then add the previously beaten eggs, as you usually do for an omelette.
Cover with a lid and turn the heat to low. Once the eggs have set, turn the omelette over. Let it rest in the pan for a couple more minutes and bring to the table.
