How to make the Calabrian cod
Calabrian cod is a typical recipe of Cosenza district, which is prepared in less than an hour and through a very simple process. According to tradition, the fish is combined with vegetable ingredients such as potatoes and peppers, which make it a tasty dish but not too heavy.

How to make the Calabrian cod
Wash the cod, peel it, remove the bones and cut it into pieces.
Put the cod in a cake pan with the potatoes, pepper, parsley and garlic, then add salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil and cover with water, then bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
At the end of cooking the water will be completely dried. Serve the Calabrian cod hot and taste it with a white wine of great finesse and complexity. Enjoy!
