How to make the caserecci pasta with sausage

Ingredients for 4 people
- 380 g of caserecci pasta
- 280 g of tomato sauce
- 3 pig sausages
- 1 white onion
- 1 glass o white wine
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt
How to make the caserecci pasta with sausage
Finely chop the onion and put it in a large pan with a little of olive oil. Remove the gut sausages, crumble them, add them to the onion, then cook over moderate heat for a few minutes so that the meat begins to brown.
At this point, blend with a glass of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add the tomato sauce, season with salt and cook over high heat for ten minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water, drain it and season it directly in the pan with the sauce. Serve with a sprinkling of black pepper, a sprig of rosemary and a sage leaf. The dish is ready, enjoy!
