Panificio A Mattra
The mattra, better known as a madia, is the ancient container in which bread was kneaded manually. The 'A Mattra' project was born over ten years ago in Santa Domenica Talao (Cosenza) from the idea of two friends, Stefano and Salvatore.
After numerous trials, the Mattrasau croutons were born: 'Mattra' from the name of the oven, 'sau' in honour of Sardinia.
